Project Manager

We are looking for an agile Project Manager who has experience within the digital, software development or 3D/Gaming sector and can organise and oversee the development cycles of VR projects.

Initially 3 days per week with the expectation to grow to full-time as the business grows.

 

You will be based at home with the need to meet at the Brixham office initially and then at least monthly - South West based candidates would be preferred. You must be able to work autonomously and have great organisational and communication skills.

Kilo develops VR projects for navigation/engineering/safety management simulators within the Maritime Sector.

​

Key elements that will need to be delivered:

• Document the technical specifications of the project

• Establish project workflow

• Define and implement project cadence

• Schedule and Track deliverables, working on a non-interfering basis with the Head of XR

• Establish Test Plans and Acceptance Criteria

• Manage Issues / Risks

• Maintain on-line collaboration

• Manage change control

• Project Performance Reporting

Essential Skills/Experience

• Demonstrable background in digital/development project management

• Innovative thinker and low management burden

• Ability to work remotely, without impacting the progress of a small development team

• South West UK Based​

• Knowledge of project management software

 

Employment Details

• ​Hybrid worker

• Initially 3 days per week

• From £35.000 (DOE) pro rata for 3 days

• Immediate start for the right candidate
