Disruptor-in-Chief !
After a full career in the Royal Navy, followed by 10 years working in Immersive Technology and Digital Agencies, I formed Kilo to deliver contemporary training solutions into the Maritime industry.
Leading the Strategic Direction of the business, I take pride in assembling teams of specialist talent who collectively deliver game changing solutions that are fully aligned with the sector need, like VASCO.

Senior Maritime Consultant
Andrew Parker
Andrew has over 20 years of experience as operational seagoing Master on roro and roro passenger vessels, specialises in bridge operations, ship handling, safety management and emergency response.

Andrew is responsible for ensuring excellence in professional maritime standards and industry best practice are maintained in the delivery of projects.

Head of XR
Mark Tompson
Mark has over 25 years experience in 3D Development including, applications, models and animation. Building interactive desktop, mobile and XR applications for simulation, games and learning as well as visualisation and animation for all types of media.
At Kilo, Mark oversees the creation, design and implementation of our XR and 3D production. Mark has a strong maritime background having been on, under and around boats and the water for 40+ years.

XR Developer
Daisy Baker
Daisy has 3 years experience within the Games Development Industry, gaining knowledge of C# programming and developing skills within 3D modelling and animation.
At Kilo, Daisy works within Engine whilst actively working alongside Mark on the creation, design and implementation of our XR production, bringing along with her unique knowledge from Video Games Development.
Additionally Daisy acts as a Project Manager to keep workflow efficient and organised.

VASCO Training Consultant
Simon Butters
With over a decade of global experience as a Master Mariner, Simon has a strong background in merchant seafaring and a distinguished career with Holland America Line. Since transitioning to yachting in 2020, he has contributed to prestigious new-build projects.

Passionate about crew training, Simon leads VASCO-supported sessions with genuine credibility, whilst demonstrating the transformational nature of VR technology.

Antonia Lowther
Antonia has almost 20 years of experience in managing digital projects and working within digital agencies.

At Kilo, Antonia overseas the management of all the Elearning and bespoke requirement projects, ensuring that a consistent approach to ensure a quality delivery each time which includes open communication, detailed organisation and accountability.

Business Development Consultant
Barry Chapman
Barry brings nearly 30 years of experience in taking complex technical products to global markets within the construction and marine sectors.

At Kilo, Barry leads business development across the commercial shipping market, building strategic partnerships and driving adoption of Kilo’s VR training solutions. With an engineering degree from Southampton University and a strong background in B2B software sales, he combines technical understanding with commercial expertise to support clients in advancing operational performance.
